Built in the 1800's when Rathmines was known as Uppercross, Uppercross House was set in the location of well to do family residence and imposing business premises. Having being refurbished, the hotel was restored to its former glory and a new wing added in 2000 whilst providing modern comforts, the Uppercross House has preserved its elegance of yester year. Rathmines is central located aprox. 1.5miles from Grafton street in the city centre. The area boast a number of late night bars, restaurants, shopping, swimming pool & library. With excellent transport such as several bus ruotes, luas rail and taxi\'s right outside the door, Rathmines is easily accesable to all major attractions dublin has to offer.

A Newly renovated hotel, ideally located in the bustling area of Rathmines, just over the canal. A fifteen minute stroll will take you into the heart of the city. Alternatively, you can take the bus into town, the bus stop and taxi rank is just outside the door and you'll be in the city in five minutes!
