Contae Lú) is a county on the east coast of Ireland,
on the border with Northern Ireland. The county town
is Dundalk, which is also the largest town in Louth.
The majority of the county's population live in either
Dundalk or Drogheda. The small but perfectly formed
county of Louth on Irelands East Coast covers
an area of only 317 miles, but is packed with exceptional
attractions from the dramatic landscape around Carlingford
Lough to the historically rich Boyne Valley. It is a

Tourism and Cultural Heritage. County Louth is well
served with shops, restaurants, pubs, banks and a wide
